Industrial Revolution 4.0 has developed rapidly recently, which leads new need and chance for new embedded system designs and applications. Besides, new technologies have been introduced such as ASIC design, SoC, and IoT-based architectures. Such developments and technologies increase the importance and development motivation to embedded system design field, especially IoT-based design.

Development strategies:

  1. Building a strong research group in embedded system design, SoC-based designs, embedded programming, and new data collection techniques.
  2. Increasing research and application in wireless communication technologies (4G, 5G, Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRaWan…), AI-based model…
  3. Building key research group on Cloud and Edge computing, Wireless communication, AI application
  4. Conducting new researches and projects on AI-based embedded applications, IoT-based applications and technology exchange activities.
